In the Meditation for Beginners Online Course, you’ll gain a clear understanding of what meditation is all about, explore different types of meditation, and learn how to work with the common challenges and resistance that arise during practice.

You’ll discover the art and science of meditation — blending modern neuroscience with the wisdom of ancient traditions. Drawing on years of personal practice, research, and experience in Zen Monasteries, I’ve gathered everything I know to help you understand your mind and how to train it.
