EEG-based Meditation system powered by Divergence Neuro.
A science-based, user-friendly way to deepen your meditation practice through real-time feedback on your brain activity.
Neuromeditation integrates modern Neurofeedback technology with traditional meditation practices. By using real-time brainwave monitoring, you can see and feel what’s happening in your mind as you meditate.
During a Neuromeditation session, you wear small EEG sensors that gently track your brain’s activity. As you settle into meditation, the system analyzes your brainwaves and provides instant feedback through sound or visuals.
This creates a powerful learning loop between your conscious awareness and your brain’s unconscious regulation. You practice directing your attention — to your breath, body, or open awareness — while the feedback subtly trains your brain to stay calm. Over time, the pathways that support deep meditation become stronger.
Neuromeditation accelerates the process of learning how to meditate effectively. It’s especially supportive for people who find traditional meditation challenging — such as those with ADHD, anxiety, or trauma — because the feedback keeps the mind gently guided and engaged.
Whether you’re a beginner learning to Quiet the Mind or an experienced meditator refining your inner practice, Neuromeditation helps you enter and sustain profound states of calm, focus, and presence with greater ease.

What is Neuromeditation?
Available Training Protocols:
Mental Stillness and Spacious Awareness
This protocol is designed to help you experience mental stillness—a space where thoughts naturally quiet down and awareness expands. Instead of trying to stop thoughts by force, your brain learns, through real-time feedback, how to relax its grip on thinking and settle into calm, open presence.
This training is based on decades of meditation and Neurofeedback research showing that when the mind becomes still, alpha brainwaves rise in strength and synchrony. The alpha rhythm bridges the analytical, problem-solving mind with the imagistic, emotional layers of the subconscious.
Over time, you begin to recognize the felt sense of stillness: grounded awareness that persists both inside and outside of sessions. This practice refines your brain’s ability to shift gears—to move fluidly between active focus and relaxed openness.
State between Wakefulness and Sleep
This training protocol guides you into the hypnagogic state—that threshold between waking and sleep where the body rests deeply, yet the mind remains quietly aware. It’s a meditative twilight where intuition, memory, and emotion begin to blend in fluid ways.
During training, your brain naturally shifts between alpha and theta rhythms. Alpha reflects mental stillness, while theta connects with memory, emotion, and the subconscious. The gentle dynamic between these two waves allows for deep relaxation, emotional integration, and access to creative insights.
This training increases the information flow between the conscious and subconscious mind, creating a perfect condition for gentle inner reprogramming. You are guided into a highly suggestible hypnotic state, where positive affirmations are met with less resistance.
Enhance Focus and Poised Readiness
This protocol focuses on nervous system regulation and stabilization. It works by balancing the relationship between fast and slow brainwaves, guiding you into a state of relaxed alertness and poised readiness. This training helps reduce distractibility and enhance focus.
Ready State works largely on the unconscious level through operant learning. This training is especially effective for those struggling with sleep onset, attention, impulsivity, or emotional reactivity. As your brain receives moment-to-moment feedback, it quietly learns to stabilize arousal, reduce restlessness, and hold a calm, attentive state without effort.
Over time, this training helps your system stay balanced: awake but not anxious, calm but not sluggish. This leads to better sleep, steadier focus, improved mood, and smoother transitions between activity and rest.

Here's how it works:
Step 1: Get the Device
Begin your journey by choosing your EEG device. You can select from 1-channel, 2-channel, or 4-channel options—each designed for comfortable, at-home use with the Divergence Neuro platform.
Whether you prefer to purchase or rent, you’ll have access to high-quality, user-friendly technology that connects seamlessly with the Dive App.
The list of available devices can be found here: Divergence Neuro Devices.
Device recommendation:
We recommend the Calibri sensor, paired with the clip-on electrode (not magnetic), BrainBit EEG cap, and long or short pin electrode, depending on your hair. This setup is ideal because it allows flexibility—you can use it for EEG Neurofeedback training as well as ECG-based HRV training by changing the electrode. HRV training is currently under development on the Divergence platform, so choosing this setup now ensures you’ll be ready when the feature becomes available.
We also recommend the Synchrony TRIO device.
This system supports two EEG channels for Neurofeedback and includes an additional ECG channel for HRV training. It is great for more complex training protocols. This setup allows training of EEG and HRV at the same time - this feature is still under development.
*Neurosity Crown and Brainbit Headband are not recommended because they have limited electrode placement possibilities.

Step 2: Subscribe
Once you have your device, subscribe to the Divergence platform. The subscription gives you full access to the Dive App, including training protocols, breathing pacer, and personalized support. Whether you’re training for calm, focus, or emotional balance, your plan provides everything you need to practice effectively from home.
Monthly Subscription includes:
Three training Protocols:
Quiet Mind Protocol (single and dual channel)
Hypno State Protocol (single channel)
Ready State Protocol (single and dual channel)
Breathing Pacer

67€ / month
Step 3: Train at home
Neurofeedback and Neuromeditation training can be done entirely from the comfort of your home. Once your device is set up, simply open the Dive App to begin your session. The app guides you step-by-step, making it easy to place the electrodes correctly and start your training within minutes.
Each session is a time to slow down, reconnect, and let your brain learn new patterns of balance and focus. The real-time feedback helps your nervous system self-correct—quieting mental noise, improving focus, and deepening calm.
Consistency is the key. Just like physical exercise strengthens your body, regular neurofeedback training strengthens your brain’s ability to regulate itself. Over time, you’ll notice more emotional stability, better sleep, clearer focus, and an increased sense of inner calm.
Training at home gives you the freedom to practice on your own schedule, in a setting that feels safe and relaxed—supporting steady progress and sustainable change.

Step 4: Get Support (optional)
While this Neuromeditation system is designed for you to train independently at home, you may choose to deepen your practice with personalized guidance.
If you’d like extra support — especially at the beginning of your journey — or want to better understand your own mental environment, one-on-one coaching can help you Quiet your Mind more effectively and make sense of your inner experience.
During a private Neuromeditation session, you’ll meditate while your brain activity is monitored in real time. With this information, you’ll receive tailored feedback and guidance specific to your unique mental activity.
