General Terms
By accessing or using Quiet Mind Living (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and any associated services, including subscription-based training, private coaching sessions, digital courses, educational products, and related content (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you,” “user,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to the Quiet Mind Living website, Services, purchases, accounts, and related communications.
Definitions and key terms
To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Terms and Conditions, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
Cookie: a small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. It is used to identify your browser, provide analytics, and remember information about you, such as your language preference or login information.
Company: when these terms mention “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Quiet Mind Living, which is responsible for your information under these Terms and Conditions.
Country: where Quiet Mind Living or the owners/founders of Quiet Mind Living are based, in this case, is Poland
Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit Quiet Mind Living and use the services.
Service: All offerings provided by Quiet Mind Living, including neuromeditation and neurofeedback subscription-based training, live or virtual private coaching sessions, digital content, educational materials, and related wellness resources.
Subscription: The monthly neuromeditation or neurofeedback access plan that renews automatically until cancelled.
Coaching: Any one-on-one session or consultation delivered live or virtually.
Content: All videos, guides, audio, written materials, training protocols, and other proprietary resources.
Website: Quiet Mind Living's site and any associated pages, which can be accessed via this URL: quietmindliving.com
You: a person or entity that is registered with Quiet Mind Living to use the Services.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the website or make the platform available to any third party.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Quiet Mind Living or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the website.
Subscription Services
Auto-Renewal
Our neuromeditation and neurofeedback Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to automatically charge your chosen payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support at neuromeditation@quietmindliving.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused or partial billing cycles. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period. After that, access to Subscription content and neuromeditation protocols is removed.
Subscription Changes
We may modify Subscription pricing or offerings. If changes affect your recurring payment, you will receive advance notice in accordance with applicable law.
Private Coaching Sessions
Booking & Payments
Private coaching sessions (including neuromeditation, meditation, EFT, dream work, and any other private sessions) must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, private coaching sessions are non-refundable under our commercial cancellation policy because your booking reserves a specific time and capacity.
Consumers purchasing services online may have statutory rights of withdrawal under applicable law. Where you expressly request that a session take place during the statutory withdrawal period, your withdrawal rights and any amount payable for services already provided will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Digital Courses and Educational Products
Access and Delivery
Digital courses and educational products are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course and any included digital materials.
The Dream Resolution Method
The Dream Resolution Method is a self-paced educational course that includes video training and related educational or reference materials.
Personal Use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the course and its materials for your own personal use. You may not share your login, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit the course or its materials without written permission from Quiet Mind Living.
Lifetime Access
Where a course is advertised as including lifetime access, this means ongoing access to the purchased course without a recurring fee. If Quiet Mind Living moves the course to another platform, we will make reasonable efforts to provide continued access on the replacement platform.
14-Day Try-It Guarantee
Go through the training and try the method for yourself. If you don’t feel the course has given you meaningful value, contact us within 14 days of purchase and request a refund.
This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Payment
Prices and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout together with any applicable taxes or charges disclosed before purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Quiet Mind Living does not store or have access to your full payment-card details. Your use of the payment provider is also subject to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access to the relevant paid Service until payment is successfully completed.
We may change our prices for future purchases. Changes will not alter the price of a purchase already completed or, in the case of a recurring subscription, will only apply in accordance with the Subscription Changes terms above.
No Medical Advice
Our Services — including neuromeditation, neurofeedback-style training, EFT, dream work, private coaching, digital courses, and The Dream Resolution Method — are educational, wellness, and personal-development services. They are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other healthcare treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.
Information provided through Quiet Mind Living is general educational information and is not individualized medical or mental-health advice.

Modifications to Our website
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Quiet Mind Living website from time to time for operational, technical, security, or business reasons.
Changes to the website will not by themselves remove access rights to paid digital products that you have already purchased, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use Quiet Mind Living and its Services.
You may stop using our Services at any time. Subscription Services may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms stated above.
Quiet Mind Living may suspend or terminate a user’s access where reasonably necessary, including in cases of non-payment, fraud, unlawful activity, sharing or unauthorized distribution of paid content, infringement of intellectual property rights, misuse of the Services, or a material breach of these Terms.
Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you of the issue before terminating access and may provide an opportunity to correct the breach.
If you have purchased a digital course advertised with lifetime access, your access will not be terminated simply because Quiet Mind Living stops actively selling that course. If the course is moved to another platform, we will make reasonable efforts to provide continued access in accordance with the Lifetime Access terms above.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Quiet Mind Living on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Quiet Mind Living concerning the Services. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Quiet Mind Living's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or power. Nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or power under this Agreement preclude further exercise of that or any other right granted herein. If these Terms conflict with specific terms presented to you for a particular purchase or Service, the specific purchase or Service terms will govern to the extent of that conflict.
Entire Agreement
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Quiet Mind Living regarding your use of the website and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Quiet Mind Living.
You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase other Quiet Mind Living's services, which Quiet Mind Living will provide to you at the time of such use or purchase.
Updates to Our Terms
We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account.
Intellectual Property
The website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Quiet Mind Living, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by Poland and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of Quiet Mind Living, unless and except as is expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions. Any unauthorized use of the material is prohibited.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product and/or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product and/or service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Quiet Mind Living provides educational, wellness, and personal-development Services. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result, and individual experiences vary.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quiet Mind Living will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, nor does anything in these Terms limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply under applicable law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that you are entitled to under the law applicable to you. Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
