Private Coaching Sessions
Neuromeditation
and/or Meditation Coaching
EFT Emotional Release
and/or Dream Work
This session is a powerful blend of meditation coaching, neuroscience-informed guidance, and practical support for cultivating a Quiet Mind. Together, we explore the challenges you face in your meditation practice. You’ll receive personalized coaching designed to deepen your practice—whether or not you use a neurofeedback device at home. If you do have a device, you’ll also be guided in choosing the right protocol, setting up your training, and using the Divergence system in a way that supports your goals.
As we work together, the focus is on helping you navigate the mental and emotional “jungle” that often arises when you try to quiet your mind. Many people struggle not because meditation is beyond their abilities, but because they don’t know how to work with wandering thoughts, emotional turbulence, overthinking, or the limiting beliefs that surface when the mind begins to settle. This process helps you move through blocks, deepen focus, reduce inner noise, and build a practice that feels grounded and sustainable.
Sessions are held online and are suitable for anyone seeking personalized meditation support—whether you are beginning your journey or refining an existing practice. If you’re using a home neurofeedback system, please ensure you have a compatible device before booking.
In this session, we’ll work together to uncover and release the emotional roots behind challenges in your life. By gently tapping on specific acupressure points while tuning into limiting thoughts and unprocessed emotions, the body relaxes and allows the emotional release, integration, and cognitive shift to occur. One of the most effective ways to know our subconscious mind is by looking into our dreams. If you have recurring emotional dreams or nightmares, we will use them for deep emotional work. Dreams often reveal feelings and unresolved experiences that are ready to be processed.
EFT can be especially helpful for:
Integrating emotionally painful memories. Releasing emotional triggers and reactivity. Processing emotional pain during difficult life transitions. Letting go of limiting beliefs about yourself and the world. Releasing emotional resistance to meditation and deepening your practice. Working through recurring emotional dreams or nightmares. Releasing the emotional roots of destructive behaviors. Supporting the formation of healthy new habits and positive mindsets.
Emotional work is one of the fastest ways to a Quiet Mind. As the Buddhist saying goes, “One emotion causes a thousand thoughts.” When emotional material is integrated, the mind naturally quiets down.
